Make Your Mark as a CRM Technology Specialist at Storio group About The Role As part of the CRM Technology team in Marketing and Commercial, you work at the heart of our customer engagement. You partner closely with CRM Marketing and Customer Engagement Product teams to power personalized experiences for millions of people across Europe. Your work bridges campaign execution and real time data orchestration to turn customer data into meaningful connections across our portfolio of brands. You focus on hands-on technical delivery across Braze. By setting up seamless event routing and scalable technical workflows, you make sure every customer journey lands at the right time with high deliverability standards. You help shape how we reach our customers while constantly looking for ways to improve our systems and build a better business. How You Embrace Curiosity Daily Translate business and campaign needs into clear technical designs across Braze. Set up and maintain data flows, REST APIs, Webhooks, and connectors between our data systems. Build customized multi channel workflows, personalization logic, liquid templates, and audience segments. Create real time attributes, event metrics, and streaming audiences to activate in Braze. Provide daily technical support, fix data issues, and help campaign teams solve complex edge cases. Monitor campaign technical performance, email deliverability, and event processing integrity. Write simple, up to date technical documentation and integration diagrams for our workflows. How You Make Your Mark Unlock seamless real time customer experiences by connecting our data pipelines directly to live campaigns. Improve email deliverability, inbox placement, and message health across all European markets. Help simplify our data architecture through cross functional projects like our Semantic Event Layer. Spot technical quick wins in our data schemas and event payloads to speed up campaign execution. Share your technical knowledge with CRM marketing teams so everyone learns and grows together. What You Bring To The Team Hands on experience with both Customer Data Platforms and Customer Engagement Platforms. At least 3 years spent building technical CRM solutions, data integrations, and automated journeys. Practical skill using SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and liquid templating or dynamic scripting. Solid grasp of real time API integrations, Webhooks, data layers, and event driven architecture. Understanding of email deliverability basics, domain setup, and technical health checks. Clear communication skills in English to collaborate easily across international teams. What Sets You Apart Official certifications in Braze or Tealium. Experience with mobile app data integrations, SDKs, or cloud platforms like AWS and Snowflake. Background working in Agile or Scrum environments or handling legacy CRM migrations.

Core Responsibilities

Build and maintain Braze integrations, data flows, real-time audiences, personalized multichannel workflows, and campaign technical configurations. Support campaign teams, monitor deliverability and event processing, document integrations, and improve data architecture and campaign execution.

Requirements

Candidates need at least three years of experience building technical CRM solutions, data integrations, and automated journeys, with hands-on experience using Customer Data Platforms and Customer Engagement Platforms. Practical skills in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Liquid templating, APIs, webhooks, event-driven architecture, and email deliverability are required; Braze or Tealium certifications and experience with mobile SDKs, AWS, Snowflake, Agile, or CRM migrations are differentiators.
