Company Description ElephAi.health® is a preventive emotional intelligence platform that supports mothers, fathers, and families through conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. The platform addresses the widespread under-detection of maternal mental health conditions by providing support in the critical periods between clinical visits. Powered by a proprietary Layered Feeling Intelligence (LFI) engine—Coherence, Presence, and Safety—ElephAi surfaces early emotional patterns and offers psychologically safe, grounded interventions. It is a non-diagnostic support tool that complements, rather than replaces, clinical care by giving healthcare professionals a continuous, structured view of emotional wellbeing. ElephAi combines validated clinical screenings, trauma-aware micro-interventions, and an always-on safety channel that routes potential risk to trained humans. Role Description This is a remote, volunteer Digital Marketing Internship role focused on expanding ElephAi.health®’s reach and engagement among parents, families, and healthcare partners. Day-to-day tasks include supporting social media content creation and scheduling, assisting with email campaigns and online outreach, and helping optimize digital channels for audience growth and retention. The intern will contribute to campaign planning, monitor performance metrics across platforms, and help interpret web and engagement analytics to refine messaging. The role may also involve collaborating on community-building initiatives, gathering user feedback, and coordinating with the team to ensure consistent, trauma-aware, and inclusive communication across all digital touchpoints. Qualifications Strong interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing, with the ability to create engaging, empathetic content. Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies and familiarity with Web Analytics tools to track and interpret campaign performance. Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to adapt tone for diverse audiences. Demonstrated sensitivity to topics related to mental health, parenting, and trauma-aware support; commitment to inclusive, non-stigmatizing language. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate asynchronously with a small, mission-driven team. Comfort with common digital tools (e.g., social media platforms, basic design or content tools, and spreadsheets); prior internship or project experience in marketing is a plus. Academic or personal background in marketing, psychology, public health, communications, or related fields is beneficial but not required.

Core Responsibilities

Support social media content creation and scheduling, email campaigns, online outreach, and optimization of digital channels to grow and retain audiences. Assist with campaign planning, performance analysis, community-building initiatives, and user feedback while maintaining consistent, inclusive, trauma-aware communication.

Requirements

Candidates should have an interest in social and digital marketing, foundational knowledge of marketing strategies and web analytics, and strong written and verbal communication skills. They should be sensitive to mental health, parenting, and trauma-related topics, able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting, and comfortable using common digital tools; relevant academic or personal background is beneficial but not required.
