We need a technology leader who can think about architecture, engineering quality, security, and delivery as one system. You will guide technical standards, architecture, engineering priorities, and the quality of delivery while working closely with product and leadership. You should be comfortable working across borders and with teams that operate in different markets. In the Netherlands, we want someone who can build partnerships, create opportunities, and work comfortably across international teams. This is a senior role with real ownership. You will be expected to shape the approach, make decisions, and help others execute well. What you will do • Work with engineering and product leaders on architecture • Review delivery quality, reliability, and technical risk • Support important technical decisions • Help develop strong engineering practices and people • Set clear technical priorities and standards What we are looking for • Significant leadership experience in the relevant function • Strong judgement and ability to make decisions with incomplete information • Experience building teams, setting priorities, and managing performance • Excellent communication with senior internal and external stakeholders • Experience in Dutch or broader European B2B markets is useful.
