At Trivium Packaging, we are looking for a Supply Planner BU Speciality who will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their products On Time In Full (OTIF) while maintaining the right inventory levels and supporting sustainable business growth. What will you do? As Supply Planner, you are responsible for translating demand into an efficient production plan across our factory network. You act as the connecting link between manufacturing, demand planning, raw material planning, sales and customers. Your Responsibilities Include Developing and maintaining weekly production plans across multiple production sites. Optimizing inventory levels while safeguarding product availability. Managing slow-moving and obsolete stock together with commercial teams. Monitoring supply chain performance and driving corrective actions when KPIs fall below target. Leading monthly Supply Reviews as part of the S&OP process. Preparing scenarios and recommendations to support management decision-making. Collaborating with customers to improve planning accuracy and service levels. Coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders. Managing phase-in and phase-out projects for products and customers. Participating in and leading supply chain improvement projects across the Business Unit. What are we looking for? You combine analytical strength with strong stakeholder management skills. You are comfortable challenging others constructively and can influence decisions across different levels of the organization. You Bring A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Economics or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning or a similar supply chain role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Core Responsibilities

Develop and maintain weekly production plans across multiple factories, balancing customer service, product availability, inventory levels, and operational efficiency. Lead supply reviews and improvement initiatives, monitor performance, manage product transitions and obsolete stock, and coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Economics, or a related field and 3 to 5 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or a similar role are requested. Candidates should have manufacturing experience, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent English communication skills, and the confidence to influence stakeholders and drive improvements.
