To support these global operations, we are looking for a Distribution Planner who thrives in a dynamic logistics environment and enjoys ensuring that products reach customers accurately, compliantly and on time What will you do? As Distribution Planner, you play a vital role in our international supply chain. You are responsible for coordinating export shipments, managing export documentation and ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory requirements. Working closely with customer service teams, logistics providers, warehouses and government authorities, you help guarantee a seamless and reliable export process from our Nijmegen manufacturing site. Your responsibilities include: Coordinating international export shipments by ocean, air and rail. Processing outbound and inventory transactions accurately within SAP and related systems. Preparing and managing export documentation, customs declarations and health certificates. Acting as a key point of contact for Customs, NVWA/COKZ and other regulatory authorities. Resolving export and customs exceptions to prevent disruptions in the supply chain. Working closely with freight forwarders, 3PL providers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of shipments. Supporting sample shipments to markets outside the European Union. Monitoring exceptions in SAP and EDI processes and ensuring timely resolution. Maintaining work instructions and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics organization. You enjoy coordinating complex processes, keeping control of multiple priorities and finding solutions when challenges arise. You bring: A Bachelor's degree, vocational degree, or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field. Up to 2 years of experience in logistics, export operations or international supply chain management. Experience within food, pharmaceutical, healthcare or manufacturing environments is an advantage. Knowledge of export processes, logistics services and international trade terms (Incoterms). Strong administrative accuracy and attention to detail. Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Advanced Excel skills and affinity with data analysis. Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset. The ability to perform well in a fast-changing international logistics environment. What do we offer? Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree, vocational degree, or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with up to two years of relevant experience. They should bring knowledge of export processes and Incoterms, strong administrative accuracy, SAP or other ERP experience, advanced Excel and data analysis skills, English and Dutch communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
