Your success story starts here… TEAM AND ROLE: We are looking for a proactive and motivated Working Student to support our KYC (Know Your Customer) and CDD (Customer Due Diligence) processes in Amsterdam. In this role, you will assist the In this role, you will support the onboarding and review of counterparties, conduct KYC and legal structure research, and collaborate closely with Trading, Legal, Trade Operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth business operations. As part of a collaborative international team, you will contribute to ongoing automation and process improvement projects, gain exposure to complex corporate structures, and play an active role in supporting STX's growing global business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the KYC process for new and existing clients. Conduct basic research on clients and counterparties. Provide administrative and organisational support to the Compliance team. Help perform due diligence checks and collect relevant documentation. Assist in monitoring regulatory developments relevant to KYC and assist with related compliance actions. KEY REQUIREMENTS Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Law, Business, Criminology, Business Economics, or related fields. Interest in compliance, regulations, and financial markets. Detail-oriented and organised, with good communication skills. Proficient in English; another European language is an advantage. Available to work 24 hours from October / November and already living in the Netherlands. Core Responsibilities

Support KYC and customer due diligence for new and existing clients by researching counterparties, collecting documentation, and assisting with onboarding and reviews. Provide administrative support to the Compliance team, monitor relevant regulatory developments, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Applicants must be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in law, business, criminology, business economics, or a related field. The role calls for an interest in compliance, regulations, and financial markets; strong attention to detail, organization, and communication; English proficiency; and availability for 24 hours per week while living in the Netherlands.
