Core Responsibilities

Support the HR team with recruitment and selection, payroll, personnel administration, internal communication, benefits, and compliance with employment laws, regulations, and Hyatt standards. Serve as a first point of contact for colleagues and collaborate with other departments to support their needs and foster a positive workplace.

Requirements

Applicants must be enrolled in a hospitality- or HR-related study program and be available for at least five months. They must communicate well in Dutch and English, be hands-on, proactive, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, approachable, comfortable making decisions, and legally eligible to work in the Netherlands through an EU/EEA passport or enrollment at a Dutch institution.
