--- Groningen (Hybrid; >50% office) --- At Klippa – a Doxis company, we build AI systems that understand and process millions of real-world business documents. Our technology helps companies automatically extract data from invoices, receipts, passports, and contracts using advanced machine learning, computer vision, and LLM-based AI systems. To accelerate our product development, we are hiring 3 Full Stack AI Engineers who want to build production-grade AI applications from idea to deployment. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy working across AI, backend systems, and product development. What You'll Do. Most importantly, you will work on real-world AI systems used by global companies. Design and build end to end applications and new features that deeply embed AI - spanning backend, frontend, and AI components. Develop and implement AI models using frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow. Take ownership from concept to production: solution design, implementation, deployment, and optimization. Build and maintain containerized applications using Docker. Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate closely with product and customer-facing teams. Participate in customer calls and live demonstrations, presenting technical solutions with clarity and confidence. What You Bring. Proven experience building production-ready, end-to-end applications Strong hands-on expertise in AI/ML frameworks. A solution builder mindset: you see the full picture, understand business impact, and translate requirements into scalable designs. Deep understanding of system scalability and performance engineering. Practical, challenge-driven attitude: you approach technical constraints as opportunities to innovate. Interest in working across the tech stack, displayed below. Experience in all is not required, but a strong willingness to learn is essential. Strong communication skills and comfort engaging directly with customers. You speak English fluently, any additional language is a plus . Tech Stack. Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Candidates should have proven experience building production-ready end-to-end applications and hands-on expertise with AI/ML frameworks. They should be able to design scalable, high-performance solutions, communicate confidently with customers, and be willing to learn across the technology stack; a specific degree or number of years of experience is not required.
