About the role We’re looking for a Creative Strategist with hands-on experience developing and optimizing short-form paid social ads for D2C or e-commerce brands. Required experience Written production briefs and scripts for short-form paid social video ads on Meta and TikTok for D2C or e-commerce brands. Used ad performance data, including hook rate, CTR, and CPA, to decide which creatives to scale or stop. Directed UGC creators and video editors using your own creative briefs. Fluent written and spoken English at a C1 level or higher. Available to work full-time with no other active client engagements. Preferred experience Portfolio of paid social ads you wrote, ideally including performance results. Experience working at a performance creative agency.
Core Responsibilities
Develop creative briefs and scripts for short-form paid social video ads on Meta and TikTok, and direct UGC creators and video editors. Analyze performance metrics such as hook rate, CTR, and CPA to determine which creatives to scale or stop.
Requirements
Candidates must have hands-on experience creating and optimizing short-form paid social ads for D2C or e-commerce brands, including writing briefs and scripts and directing creators and editors. They must be fluent in written and spoken English at C1 level or higher and available to work full-time without other active client engagements.
