Kwalificaties
- 6–9 months of retail or stockroom experience preferred
- Exudes a friendly, positive, and team‑oriented demeanor at all times
- Able to complete tasks with urgency and minimal supervision
- Highly organized, efficient, and able to work quickly in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to kneel, stoop, climb ladders, use stairs, reach, pull, and lift weights of usually 5–30 pounds
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Supports Sales Associates by promptly delivering shoes and merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor to maximize the customer shopping experience
- Assists with processing and moving inventory between the stockroom, sales floor, and distribution as needed
- Maintains a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom while adhering to company standards and safety requirements
- Ensures accurate organization of merchandise so sizes and styles are easily located and readily available for the sales team
- Returns merchandise to the stockroom neatly and prepares products to go back onto the sales floor, including display shoes
Core Responsibilities
The Runner supports sales associates by promptly delivering merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor to enhance the customer experience. They are also responsible for maintaining an organized stockroom and managing inventory movement between the back and front of the store.
Requirements
Candidates should have 6–9 months of retail or stockroom experience and possess a positive, team-oriented attitude. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform tasks like climbing ladders and kneeling in a fast-paced environment.
