Overview
Responsibilities
- Leidinggeven aan het maintenance team en zorgen voor een veilige en positieve werkomgeving.
- Verantwoordelijk voor de planning en uitvoering van preventief en correctief onderhoud.
- Waarborgen van de beschikbaarheid, betrouwbaarheid en prestaties van productie-installaties.
- Identificeren en implementeren van verbeterinitiatieven gericht op betrouwbaarheid, efficiëntie en kostenbeheersing.
- Samenwerken met Production, Process Leads en andere stakeholders om operationele doelstellingen te realiseren.
- Ondersteunen en coachen van monteurs en technische specialisten in hun ontwikkeling.
- Bevorderen van een cultuur van veiligheid, kwaliteit en continue verbetering.
- Werken met onderhoudssystemen zoals SAP Plant Maintenance om onderhoudsactiviteiten effectief te beheren.
- Analyseren van storingen en structurele oplossingen implementeren om downtime te verminderen.
- Bijdragen aan TPM-, Lean- en andere continuous improvement-programma's.
Qualifications
- HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting.
- Meerdere jaren ervaring in een leidinggevende onderhoudsfunctie binnen een productieomgeving.
- Ervaring binnen FMCG, food manufacturing of vergelijkbare industriële omgevingen is een sterke pré.
- Kennis van onderhoudsmanagement, reliability en asset management.
- Ervaring met SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) of vergelijkbare onderhoudssystemen.
- Ervaring met Lean, TPM, IWS of andere continuous improvement-methodieken.
- Sterke communicatieve en coachende vaardigheden.
- Resultaatgerichte en hands-on mentaliteit.
- Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal.

Requirements
Candidates should have a higher professional education (HBO) in a technical field and several years of experience in a maintenance leadership role within a production environment. Proficiency in maintenance management systems like SAP PM and familiarity with methodologies such as Lean or TPM are required.
