Job Description
As a Recruiter at Pileo, you’ll be responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process for international employees.
You’ll search for and screen candidates, build European talent pools and recruitment channels, and determine the necessary recruitment strategy. In doing so, you’ll collaborate with external agencies and headhunters, visit clients, and provide advice on how to make job openings more attractive.
This means you’ll have the freedom to go beyond simply filling job openings. You’ll monitor developments in the international labor market, use data to improve recruitment, and actively build an international network.
Pileo has been recruiting and placing EU employees from its Hapert office since 1999.
For this position, we’re looking for a Recruiter with recruitment experience and excellent English as well as Romanian, Italian, or Spanish. You’ll also need knowledge of the international job market and a Class B driver’s license
Core Responsibilities
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for international employees, including sourcing, screening, and developing recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate with external agencies and provide expert advice to clients to enhance the attractiveness of job openings.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have prior recruitment experience and proficiency in English alongside Romanian, Italian, or Spanish. A valid Class B driver's license and knowledge of the international job market are also required.
