Wat ga je doen als Lead Hardware Engineer Industriële Automatisering?
Als Lead Engineer Hardware Industrie geef jij technisch inhoudelijk leiding aan het engineeringsteam. Je neemt het voortouw bij het ontwerpen, berekenen en engineeren van complexe elektrotechnische installaties. Je stelt werkpakketten samen en borgt de kwaliteit van de technische uitvoering. Je schakelt intensief met projectleiders, klanten, leveranciers en andere disciplines om alles vlekkeloos te laten verlopen. Dankzij jouw overzicht en creativiteit worden onze projecten naar een hoger niveau getild.
Wat neem je mee?
Jij bent een ervaren hardware engineer met HBO werk- en denkniveau en een passie voor industriële elektrotechniek. Je hebt ruime ervaring met EPLAN en AutoCad. Je kunt goed plannen en anderen aansturen. Je communiceert helder in Nederlands én Engels, werkt gestructureerd en neemt initiatief om processen te verbeteren. Leidinggeven en mensen motiveren gaat je van nature goed af.

Core Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership to the hardware engineering team and lead the design, calculation, and engineering of complex electrical installations. Prepare work packages, ensure the quality of technical delivery, and coordinate closely with project managers, customers, suppliers, and other disciplines.
Requirements
Candidates should have HBO-level education or equivalent, substantial experience as a hardware engineer, and strong knowledge of industrial electrical engineering. They should have extensive EPLAN and AutoCAD experience, be able to plan and lead others, communicate clearly in Dutch and English, work in a structured way, and take initiative to improve processes.
