What To Expect

You will complete three six-month rotations before transitioning into a permanent role within one of the teams across the COO Domain.

This track offers the opportunity to gain exposure to a range of key functions across MUFG Bank Europe, providing insight into how the bank delivers services, manages risk, supports clients, and maintains operational resilience. Depending on business needs and stakeholder interactions, you may work with teams such as Resilience, which focuses on business continuity, operational resilience, and third-party governance; Operations, which oversees back-office transaction processing and controls; and Middle Office, which provides oversight and governance across Front Office, Risk, Credit, and Operations. You may also engage with the Commercial Support Office (CSO), supporting KYC, AML, Sanctions, and client data management activities, as well as Technology, which enables the bank to operate securely and effectively through its IT services, infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity capabilities. This broad exposure offers valuable insight into the interconnected functions that support the bank's day-to-day operations and long-term success.

Our 18-month Analyst Programme begins with a comprehensive training curriculum designed to build your understanding of our products, clients, and business strategy. This foundation will equip you with the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed as you transition into your role.

As part of a select Analyst cohort, you'll learn from some of the most experienced professionals in the industry while building connections with peers across the programme. What We Offer

• Annual Gross salary € 47.000 - €50.000.
• Bonus under discretion of the Management Board (max 20% if your annual salary)
• 8% holiday allowance and 13th month payment.
• 30 vacation days per year. Optional you can buy 15 additional days.
• Commuting allowance based on annual public transport 2nd class, most economical way, or € 0,23 per km with a max of 75km one way.
• €5,00 net remote working compensation per day, with a maximum of €60,00 per month.

• Possibility to order Office Equipment’s for the home office, (up to €500,-)

Additional Information

The programme starts on 19 July 2027 with a 5-week entry training at EMEA headquarters in London. Following the entry training, analysts will return to Amsterdam to complete the rest of the programme and on-desk rotations.
