Job Description
- help an international organization scale by applying your expertise to engineering AI based software systems;
- apply and extend agentic frameworks such as LangGraph to build intelligent orchestration flows;
- design and execute advanced prompt-engineering strategies to optimise LLM performance;
- work hands-on with multi modal generative AI models and integrate them into applications;
- design and operate Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and hybrid search;
- implement, deploy and monitor solutions on Microsoft Azure;
- collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to translate ML prototypes into production services.

- a Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
- proven experience with LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks and advanced prompt engineering;
- strong Python skills and experience working in development teams;
- hands‑on experience with RAG pipelines, vector DBs (e.g. Pinecone, Milvus, Azure Vector DB) and hybrid search.

Core Responsibilities
You will design and implement AI-based software systems using agentic frameworks and advanced prompt engineering. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI models and RAG pipelines into production services.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience with LangGraph, Python, and building RAG pipelines using vector databases is required.
