Job Description

• define the strategy, map business processes related to Master Data Management and the associated impact on the data landscape of the organisation;
• coordinate and guide cross-functional designs to define the data integration requirements for the organisation;
• manage data migration activities and apply the latest data conversion related innovations;
• apply intercultural empathy to sense cultural differences, integrate multicultural teams and develop a shared vision of quality, objectives and results in international projects;
• lead a multidisciplinary team and guide the involvement of team members to grow the expertise and talent of team members and successfully deliver a wide range of MDM activities.
• initiate or monitor sales activities and give presentations for the client; 
   

Qualifications

You feel passionate about Master Data Management and creating data processes that enable clients to position themselves strategically. You are able to inspire and lead a team to deliver excellent results. At the same time, you understand that our clients and our people are the most important. For the role of Manager Master Data Management you also have:

• at least 8 - 10 years of work experience in the field of Master Data Management activities (preferably experience with Oracle or Informatica applications such as Customer360, Supplier360, Product360 or IDQ);
• excellent leadership skills, strong analytical and communicative skills;
• experience in working and managing MDM projects, setting up governance around managing data-related design workshops, while building and managing customer relationships;
• a drive and demonstrable commitment to creating a solution in practice;
• experience in working in teams and you enjoy coaching others;
• excellent command of the English language.
