Partnerships Manager / Head of Partnerships
Key Skills
Job Description
Own, grow and nurture the SOUS partner ecosystem with parties such as Lightspeed, Zenchef, Adyen, NENO and Yoco. We hire at Manager or Head of level, depending on your experience.
Full-time
About SOUS
SOUS exists to give independent restaurants the same acquisition-to-retention infrastructure that only chains and delivery platforms could previously afford. We build it as one connected data layer, replacing the fragmented stack most restaurants run today: a listings tool here, a separate storefront there, and no CRM at all.
Spotlight owns discovery, as search shifts from Google links to AI assistants recommending where to eat. Commerce owns the transaction and, critically, the guest relationship that marketplaces have been extracting for a decade. Every order through that owned channel generates data that sharpens the next cycle of visibility, personalisation and retention, compounding in the restaurant's favour instead of the platform's.
Our long-term bet is simple. As AI becomes the default interface for "where should I eat", the restaurants that own their guest data and their presence in that layer will keep the margin, and the ones still renting both from marketplaces will not. We are building the infrastructure to make the first outcome the default, not the exception.
We are a team of 27, working from our headquarters on the Vijzelstraat in Amsterdam city centre, and we are growing fast across the Netherlands, Germany and South Africa.
About the role
Restaurants already run on a stack of tools for their till, reservations, payments and delivery. SOUS plugs into that stack and makes every restaurant more visible and more profitable. That makes partnerships one of our biggest growth levers: one strong partnership opens the door to thousands of restaurants in a single move.
In this role you own, grow and nurture the SOUS partner ecosystem internationally. You work with parties such as Lightspeed, Zenchef, Adyen, NENO, Yoco and many more, and you turn those relationships into a measurable commercial engine. Partnerships is a young function at SOUS, so whoever joins shapes how far we take it.
One role, two levels
We are open to both early-career and senior profiles, and we shape the role around your experience.
- Partnerships Manager (around 1 to 4 years of experience): you manage and grow a portfolio of partners day to day, onboard and train partner teams, run joint campaigns and turn partner referrals into pipeline for our sales team
- Head of Partnerships (7+ years of experience): you set the partnerships strategy, negotiate and close our most important agreements at executive level, design the partner programme and build and lead the partnerships team

About SOUS
Industry: Software Development
Company size: 11-50 employees
We're building the future of digital visibility and commerce for ambitious restaurant brands. The major F&B corporations invest millions in digital tools to get found, get ordered, and grow. Established quick-service restaurants, takeaways and fast-casual brands, the ones with real names in their cities and real ambition to grow, have never had access to that same firepower. SOUS in combination with the AI-revolution changes that. Through a single platform, SOUS gives restaurant brands the visibility to be discovered by new customers and the commerce tools to own their sales: direct ordering, takeaway and delivery under their own brand, with their own customer data. Instead of handing their margin and their customer relationships to third-party platforms. We've already helped restaurant brands generate millions in new direct sales. Now we're scaling to bring that same growth to thousands more locations across Europe.
