Click here for more information and to register for our Inhouse day! —- —- —- —- —- Your work as a Security Architect As a Security Architect for Technolution, you play a central role in the multidisciplinary development (electronics, programmable logic and embedded software) of our High Assurance products. Using your expertise, you translate abstract sets of security requirements into specific product designs. In doing so, you first and foremost safeguard the security aspects, not only of the product design but also of the development process. Once the design has been realized, you verify whether it meets expectations and carry out a thorough risk analysis. You document all the solutions that have been defined and ensure complete traceability of all choices made. During product development, you work together very closely with our expert systems architects and developers. Your focus is consistently on the security aspects throughout. You substantiate and specify the security solution that is chosen and advise on the implementation requirements. You isolate and describe potential security issues and develop solutions in the architecture to obviate them. Externally, you are the primary point of contact for the organization that assesses our products. Your thorough documentation and knowledge will persuade the assessment body of the security, reliability and quality of our High Assurance products and solutions. Typically you You Have Completed a relevant degree at HBO level (higher professional education) or higher At least five years’ experience in a comparable position Basic knowledge of the application of crypto algorithms (e.g., AES-CBC, AES-GCM) Basic understanding of product development with VHDL and FPGAs a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written You Are Meticulous Honest A strong communicator Quality-conscious Your profile doesn’t entirely match this description, but you think you have the knowledge and experience required to become a Security Architect at Technolution? Core Responsibilities

Translate security requirements into product architectures and safeguard security throughout multidisciplinary product design and development. Analyze risks, document and trace design decisions, advise on implementation, and serve as the primary contact for the external assessment organization.

Requirements

Requires a relevant HBO-level or higher degree, at least five years of comparable experience, basic knowledge of cryptographic algorithms such as AES-CBC and AES-GCM, and a basic understanding of VHDL and FPGA product development. Candidates must have good spoken and written Dutch and demonstrate meticulousness, honesty, strong communication, and a quality-conscious approach.
