Job Description Freelance Field Consultants for the Amsterdam, The Hague, Utrecht and Rotterdam area Eres Relocation Netherlands is a full-service DSP and part of a larger group of DSPs in Europe with 9 offices in Spain, Portugal, Italy, France and Germany. We are looking to add several part-time available Freelance Field Consultants to our pool of consultants for the Dutch business. You will be our eyes and ears on the ground, meeting with our transferees in person during the home finding tours, the visits to town hall, the bank, the schools etc. You are going to be the face of eres, building rapport and making sure they settle well in their new environments. Your profile The Field Consultant role typically suits a representative, diplomatic and communicative individual. Ideally, you are a Dutch national between 35 and 55 years of age, you have lived abroad yourself, whether that was for study or otherwise. Perhaps you have worked in the airline or hospitality industry. We are looking for a reliable and creative personality, able to deal with life’s inevitable disappointments in a mature way. Down-to-earth working attitude, strong administrative skills and strong people skills are a prerequisite, as are a positive outlook on life, healthy curiosity and pleasure in service delivery. You are a self starter, someone who runs his or her own business with ease and enjoys the freedom that comes with it. You can make yourself available for ad hoc assignments on a weekly basis Experience We welcome consultants who can hit the ground running, so with several years in Relocation already. Good knowledge of the local real estate market and local registrations. Excellent reading and writing skills in English. We offer We offer a freelance contract with an agreed hourly rate and milage expenses covered. There are regular trainings on the job that you can take part in to further develop yourself in your field. Core Responsibilities

Meet transferees in person during home-finding tours and visits to town halls, banks, and schools. Build rapport, represent the company, and help clients settle into their new environments.

Requirements

Applicants should have several years of relocation experience, strong knowledge of the local real estate market and registration processes, and excellent English reading and writing skills. Requirements include a university degree, native Dutch and bilingual English proficiency, and registration with the Chamber of Commerce and a VAT number.
