About The Job As a Breakfast Chef you are co-responsible for preparing and serving dishes according to recipe during breakfast and lunch at The Lobby Nesplein with 75 seats. You will report to the Chef and are involved in the creation of the menu. You will further be involved in ensuring, improving and upholding the quality and service of The Lobby. Also, complying with and working according to HACCP is of great importance. About You You completed culinary school; You enjoy working in a team; You're fluent in Dutch and English; You are very creative and can find solutions to dietary wishes and allergies; You have knowledge of HACCP; What's In It For You Salary in accordance with catering collective agreement in reference scale 4; A monthly benefits budget with a total value of 300 euros per year (based on a full-time contract) , which you can spend on your choice for gym membership, bike rental, food delivery at home and many more; the choice is all yours! Core Responsibilities

Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch dishes according to recipes, and contribute to menu creation. Help maintain and improve food quality and service while following HACCP requirements.

Requirements

Completion of culinary school, teamwork skills, fluency in Dutch and English, and knowledge of HACCP are required. The candidate should also be creative and able to accommodate dietary preferences and allergies.
