What will you do? 🌸 Aloha! We're bringing the Aloha spirit to Amersfoort. At the end of September/beginning of October, we're opening the doors of our brand-new Hawaiian Poke Bowl location, and we're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to help make this opening a success. Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, ready to help build a new team and restaurant from the ground up? Then we'd love to get to know you! We're looking for someone who can start ASAP, so we can begin training on time. Please note: training will take place outside Amersfoort, so flexibility to travel during the first few weeks is a must. What will you do? Manage inventory, KPIs, schedules, and orders with great attention to detail Effectively guide the team and ensure smooth daily operations Recruit, train, and develop a highly efficient and motivated team Create an outstanding customer experience and handle any complaints professionally Ensure every bowl is presented with quality and care—always with a smile! Who are you? 🌴 You bring the Aloha spirit to our restaurant! We're looking for someone who: Has extensive experience in the hospitality industry Has leadership experience Has management experience Understands safety and hygiene (HACCP standards are a no-brainer for you) Is naturally hospitable—guest experience is in your DNA Loves our concept and is passionate about healthy fast food Is flexible—whether it's evenings or weekends, you're ready to create the tastiest poké bowls! Is flexible to travel for training outside Amersfoort during the first few weeks You have a valid residence permit or work permit, and a BSN number. Core Responsibilities

Manage inventory, KPIs, schedules, and orders while overseeing smooth daily restaurant operations. Recruit, train, and develop the team, deliver excellent customer service, handle complaints, and maintain high standards for food quality and presentation.

Requirements

Candidates should have extensive hospitality experience, leadership and management experience, and a strong understanding of safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards. They should be guest-focused, enthusiastic about healthy fast food, flexible to work evenings and weekends, able to travel for initial training, and hold a valid residence or work permit and a BSN number.
