We’re looking for a creative and motivated Video Editor to join our team at @analogue.ams, our growing platform and community for analogue and design lovers. Currently, we're connecting with millions of people every month and support an active analogue community. At Analogue, we tell visual stories around photography, process, and culture, and we’re looking for someone who wants to help bring those stories to life. How we work We’re a small, collaborative team. We value good ideas, visual taste, and taking responsibility for what you make. You’ll have room to experiment, contribute your own concepts, and shape content from start to finish. What you’ll do You’ll plan, shoot, and edit short videos, and create visual content for posts and carousels. You’ll work on projects from idea to final delivery and help translate concepts into clear, well-crafted visuals. This role focuses on short-form work and visual storytelling rather than long-form or cinematic productions. Tools you’ll use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Figma. This role is focused on social media, so we primarily shoot on iPhone (Log). What we’d love to see in you Experience with video editing and visual design; A portfolio that shows your work and attention to detail; A good visual eye and a feel for pacing and composition; An understanding of color grading and how it shapes the look and mood of a video; Care for how things look, feel, and come together; Comfort working on ideas from start to finish. Requirements

Candidates should have experience in video editing and visual design, with a portfolio demonstrating their work and attention to detail. They should have a strong visual eye, understand pacing, composition, and color grading, and be comfortable taking ideas from start to finish.
