We market our services under four sub-brands: Technolution Spark Technolution Move Technolution Advance Technolution Prime The MarCom team currently consists of six people. As Marketing Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for one or more of these sub-brands. You’ll begin by implementing and coordinating the current marketing plans. You’ll coordinate the realization of online and offline content and brochures, and organize trade show attendance, user days, and other events. All this will help you familiarize yourself with your sub-brands. Once you have the insight in our company’s business and marketing goals that you need, it’ll be up to you to write the marketing communication plans for the coming years and then to implement them. In all these activities, you’re constantly in touch with internal parties, such as the corporate writer, business developers, and brand ambassadors, as well as external parties such as designers and stand builders. Everything you do is focused on strengthening Technolution’s and your sub-brands’ position in the market. And of course on having fun in your job! Typically you You have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Communication; at least 5 years’ work experience; experience with drafting and implementing marketing communication plans; experience with InDesign, PhotoShop, Premiere Pro, and WordPress; experience with online marketing; excellent communication skills; excellent proficiency in Dutch and English. You are a great organizer and planner; enterprising and independent; result-focused and positive; creative. You’re a real marketing professional and communication comes easily to you. You’re always on top of your job. You love teamwork and can familiarize yourself quickly with new situations. Core Responsibilities

Implement and coordinate marketing communication plans for one or more Technolution sub-brands, including online and offline content, brochures, trade shows, user days, and other events. Develop future marketing communication plans and collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to strengthen the company’s and sub-brands’ market positions.

Requirements

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communication and at least five years of relevant work experience are required, including experience drafting and implementing marketing communication plans and working with online marketing. Candidates should be proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and WordPress, communicate excellently in Dutch and English, and be organized, independent, creative, and results-focused.
