Location: The Hague, the Netherlands Security Clearance NATO Secret Reference No RFQ C005309 / The Hague Deadline For Application 24 /09 /2026 Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience; Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCIA, that is, at least 10 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to those in this Statement of Work ; At least 3 years in support of a Cyber Security environment ; At least 2 years' experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Grafana) and the Ability to analyse and interpret structured and unstructured data. Duties/role: Applying machine learning and data science techniques to new problems and datasets, including evaluating model outcomes, performance, and data quality ; Identifying issues in machine learning systems, models, pipelines, datasets, and development activities, and implementing practical improvements ; Designing, developing, testing, documenting, amending, refactoring, and maintaining moderately complex programs, scripts, and AI/ML components. Core Responsibilities

Apply machine learning and data science techniques to new problems and datasets, evaluating model performance, outcomes, and data quality. Identify and improve issues in machine learning systems, models, pipelines, datasets, and development activities, and develop, test, document, refactor, and maintain AI/ML programs and components.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in a related discipline and at least three years of relevant experience, or exceptionally, at least ten years of extensive and progressive related expertise in lieu of a degree. Candidates must also have at least three years supporting a cybersecurity environment and two years using data visualization tools, with the ability to analyze structured and unstructured data.
