Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Planner to join our client's team on an interim basis. The successful candidate will oversee the weekly production planning for multiple manufacturing plants, ensuring a seamless balance between customer service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Manage the weekly planning process for 3–5 manufacturing plants Translate customer demand into actionable production plans Evaluate last week’s production results to inform future scheduling Develop weekly production schedules covering several weeks to up to a year ahead Switch between short-term and mid-term planning as needed to optimize factory output Collaborate directly with plant contacts, challenging assumptions when necessary to improve supply plans Ensure production aligns with demand, balancing service levels with manufacturing efficiency Requirements: Strong data skills and proficiency in Excel, experience with Slim4 or SlimStock is a plus HBO degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning or logistics Critical thinking skills, confident in debating and challenging production assumptions Fluency in Dutch and English Other Information: If you are interested and want to apply, please submit your application via the apply button below and contact me.
