Over de baan Landal Business Technology team partners with the CIO to deliver business value through enterprise technology. This role sits at the heart of our Finance & Accounting ecosystem — covering NetSuite ERP, OneStream EPM, and their integrations — and gives you real ownership across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through to adoption. What you'll do You'll act as the bridge between Finance stakeholders and technology teams across the Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report processes. Day to day, that means: Gathering and analyzing business requirements; translating them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria; Identifying process gaps, risks, and inefficiencies, then designing optimized solutions; Mapping end-to-end processes across systems, in alignment with BAs from related domains; Collaborating with Finance, Operations, Digital teams, and external vendors to ensure requirements are understood and prioritized; Supporting Product Owners with backlog refinement, UAT preparation, and go-live support; Occasionally visiting our parks to engage on-site with GMs, suppliers, and operational stakeholders; Wie je bent - A minimum of 3 years of BA experience in Finance & Accounting; - Strong grasp of financial processes and controls (IFRS, SOX, GDPR); - Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP; OneStream or equivalent EPM tools is a strong plus; - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps; - Clear communicator with sharp analytical and facilitation skills; - Fluent in English and Dutch; - Background in hospitality, leisure, or multi-entity environments is a bonus. The standard retirement date in this scheme is 67 years. Core Responsibilities

You will act as the bridge between Finance stakeholders and technology teams to manage ERP and EPM systems. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, mapping processes, and supporting product owners with backlog refinement and UAT.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of business analysis experience within Finance and Accounting. Proficiency in NetSuite ERP and knowledge of financial controls like IFRS and SOX are required.
