Role Overview The Quality Control, Safety & Security Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of quality, safety, and security processes. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with operational standards and regulatory requirements while contributing to a safe and secure environment for drivers, customers, and company assets. Key Responsibilities Safety & Security Management Monitor safety and security conditions for drivers, customers, and company assets. Support the execution of safety, security, and emergency response procedures. Assist in handling traffic safety incidents and escalate complex cases when needed. Conduct regular checks to ensure driver compliance with safety regulations and operational policies. Support investigation and resolution of customer complaints and safety-related incidents. Assist in identifying risks and recommending mitigation measures. Quality Control Support the implementation of quality control frameworks to maintain service and operational standards. Monitor daily operations and identify improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and service quality. Track KPIs and quality metrics; support corrective action follow-ups. Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with Operations and other internal teams to ensure effective implementation of safety and quality standards. Coordinate with external stakeholders (e.g., local authorities) when required. Prepare reports and provide insights on quality, safety, and security performance. Key Requirements Background in corporate security, law-enforcement or other security-related fields is beneficial. Security guards looking to expand into a safety and security specialist role would also be considered. Experience in logistics, mobility, taxi, or similar industries would be a benefit but are not a requirement. Basic understanding of safety regulations, compliance standards, and operational procedures. Experience in incident handling, safety coordination, or compliance-related tasks is a plus. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and risk awareness. Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Proficiency in Dutch and English is preferred.

Core Responsibilities

The specialist will monitor safety and security conditions while implementing quality control frameworks to ensure operational standards. They will also collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to report on performance and mitigate identified risks.

Requirements

Candidates should have a background in corporate security, law enforcement, or logistics, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Dutch and English is preferred, along with a basic understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
