Job Description

Program Leadership and Governance · Lead end-to-end delivery of the Zinfi implementation roadmap. · Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables. · Manage project scope, budget, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies. · Establish and facilitate project governance, status reviews, and executive reporting. · Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, implementation partners, and third-party vendors. · Drive decision-making and issue resolution to maintain project momentum. Business Process and Requirements Management · Partner with Business Process Owners (BPOs), SMEs, and regional leaders to define and validate business requirements. · Facilitate workshops to document current-state and future- state partner management processes. · Ensure solution designs align with business objectives and operational needs. · Manage requirements traceability and approval processes. Vendor and Stakeholder Management · Serve as the primary Heartstream point of contact for Zinfi implementation activities. · Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and performance of external vendors and system integrators. · Build strong relationships across Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations, Finance, and IT organizations. · Manage communications and stakeholder expectations at all organizational levels. Data Migration and Integration · Lead planning and coordination of data migration activities related to partner, reseller, contract, and related master data. · Coordinate with business and technical teams to define data requirements, data quality standards, and migration readiness activities. · Manage dependencies with enterprise systems and integration workstreams. · Support planning and execution of future integrations with Dynamics 365 and other strategic platforms. Testing and Deployment · Develop and execute testing strategies, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). · Coordinate business participation in testing activities. · Track defects, risks, and remediation activities through resolution. · Manage go-live readiness activities and deployment planning. · Support hypercare and post-production stabilization efforts. Organizational Change Management · Partner with training and change management teams to support user adoption. · Coordinate development of training materials, communications, and end-user readiness activities. · Ensure business users are prepared for process and technology change
