Full-time · Amsterdam · €50–60k Through SAIN, we are building the talent pipeline so that hundreds of people in the Netherlands finish an AI safety course every year. By default, almost none explore the field more than that. There are incredibly many projects that could help the Netherlands prepare for the risks of transformative AI, but nobody is running them. As the fourth person on SAIN's national team, you'll build and lead our Project Hub, where people make their first real contribution to AI safety. You'll own its strategy, budget and results. You'll recruit supervisors, lead volunteer coordinators across six cities, and get projects finished. You don't need to be the best researcher in the room. You need to be someone who makes things happen without being asked. Requirements

The role requires a proactive individual who can make things happen independently. While specific research expertise is not required, strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for managing the project pipeline.
