Green SM is looking for a Senior Repair & Maintenance Control Specialist to oversee and elevate the performance of our workshop partners while ensuring top‑tier maintenance standards for our fleet. As the Senior Repair & Maintenance Control Specialist , you will be responsible for: Core Responsibilities Assess the capabilities of maintenance & repair workshops and manage the full contract process Monitor repair progress and ensure service quality across all partner workshops Identify gaps and recommend improvement actions to elevate workshop performance Conduct periodic evaluations and propose continuation or termination of workshop partnerships Guide, support, and provide direction to team members to ensure smooth workflow and aligned execution What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s or College degree in Automotive Engineering or related fields 3–5 years of experience managing or supervising automotive repair service workshops Strong understanding of insurance claim processes and coordination with insurance companies Solid grasp of automotive service workflows and quality assessment Strong problem‑solving abilities when working with workshops and insurance partners Excellent negotiation skills and ability to coordinate across multiple functions Analytical thinking, planning, and reporting skills

Core Responsibilities

The specialist will oversee workshop partners to ensure high maintenance standards and monitor repair progress across the fleet. They are also responsible for evaluating workshop performance and providing guidance to team members to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in Automotive Engineering or a related field and possess 3-5 years of experience in automotive repair workshop management. Strong proficiency in insurance claim processes, quality assessment, and negotiation is required.
