About the role We are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of our standard product portfolio and product information management processes. This role plays a key part in improving product data quality, driving digital transformation, and ensuring our products are accurately represented across all business systems, e-commerce platforms, catalogues, and customer-facing channels. You will lead the development and implementation of our Product Information Management (PIM) strategy, coordinate product release projects, and work closely with Product Development, E-commerce, Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to ensure product information is structured, complete, and maintained to the highest standards. Key responsibilities Product Information Management (PIM) Lead the scope definition and requirements gathering for Formula Air's PIM solution. Act as the business owner and key stakeholder during PIM implementation projects. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful deployment and adoption. Develop and maintain product data standards, processes, and governance. Continuously improve product information workflows and data quality across systems. Product Data Management Own and maintain product master data for the standard product portfolio. Ensure product information is complete, accurate, and consistent across ERP, PIM, e-commerce platforms, catalogues, and marketing materials. Manage product categorisation, attributes, specifications, documentation, and digital assets. Coordinate product data updates, imports, and quality audits. Establish processes to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency. Product Portfolio & Lifecycle Management Take ownership of the standard ducting and ventilation product portfolio. Support product lifecycle activities, including product introductions, updates, replacements, and discontinuations. Maintain portfolio structures and category hierarchies. Analyse product information needs and identify opportunities for standardisation and optimisation. Product Release Projects Coordinate new product introductions and product release projects. Ensure all required product data, documentation, digital assets, pricing, and classifications are available before launch. Work closely with Product Development, Marketing, E-commerce, and Operations to ensure successful product launches. Track project milestones and drive timely execution. Profile Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Information Management, or a related field. Experience managing product data, product portfolios, or product information systems. Experience with PIM, ERP, e-commerce, or master data management systems is a strong advantage. Strong project management and organisational skills. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. Requirements
