With hundreds of autonomous hotel shops and a rapidly growing platform, we're looking for a Performance Manager who combines commercial thinking with operational excellence. You'll own the performance of a portfolio of hotels, partners, and value circles. By using data, identifying opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll continuously improve revenue, profitability, customer experience, and operational performance. Own the commercial and operational performance of your portfolio across Europe, including revenue, profitability, and Like-for-Like (LFL) growth. Lead and coach one or more Performance Specialists. Monitor and analyze KPIs such as revenue, sales, margins, availability, waste, operational performance, and LFL growth. Develop and execute improvement plans that increase performance and profitability. Identify commercial opportunities, operational bottlenecks, and optimization initiatives using data and insights. Drive continuous improvements in performance, processes, and ways of working across our European operations. Work closely with the Product Team, Customer Success, Partner Sourcing, Onboarding/Implementation, and other stakeholders to improve our platform and customer experience across Europe. Lead partner performance reviews and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Improve product availability and reduce revenue loss caused by out-of-stock situations. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Europe to deliver business objectives. Report on performance trends, risks, opportunities, and escalate commercial or operational issues where needed. What We're Looking For. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Hospitality, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in performance management, commercial operations, business analytics, consulting, retail, hospitality, or a similar role. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actions. Commercial mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. Experience managing stakeholders across multiple teams. Comfortable leading projects and driving change in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills in English. Experience with BI tools, dashboards, and data analysis is a strong plus. Core Responsibilities

You will own the commercial and operational performance of a portfolio of hotels across Europe by monitoring KPIs and executing improvement plans. Additionally, you will lead cross-functional initiatives and coach Performance Specialists to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and possess at least 3 years of experience in performance management or commercial operations. Strong analytical skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to manage stakeholders across multiple teams are essential for this role.
