About the Role As our Destination Designer & Event Manager, you'll be the creative spark and operational backbone behind unique events, incentive trips, and corporate programs for international clients. From intimate gatherings of 20 to large-scale productions of 2,000+, you will bring deep local knowledge and sharp design instincts to every project, shaping experiences that leave a lasting impression from first concept to flawless execution. What You'll Do Dream up and develop creative concepts for events, incentives, and group programs that bring client briefs to life Build strong, lasting relationships with venues, suppliers, and local partners across the Netherlands and Belgium Own budgets, timelines, and logistics from proposal to delivery Lead on-site event execution, delivering flawless experiences guests will remember Keep your finger on the pulse of destination trends, new venues, and standout experiences to keep our offering ahead of the curve Team up with sales, operations, and fellow destination designers to deliver seamless client journeys Fuel team brainstorms with fresh ideas, building on the energy of the group What We're Looking For Strong creative vision paired with sharp project management and budgeting skills Experience in hospitality, event management, destination design, or the MICE/DMC industry is a plus but not a must A knack for juggling multiple projects at different scales, even under tight deadlines A proactive, hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, no nine-to-five mentality, and genuine energy for the hectic, demanding pace of the events business A true team player who thrives on collaboration and creative energy, we work from our office location Knowledge of Amsterdam's venues, suppliers, and experience landscape is a plus Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across all tasks and deliverables. Core Responsibilities

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses strong creative vision, project management skills, and a proactive, hands-on attitude. Experience in the MICE or DMC industry is preferred, along with excellent attention to detail and fluency in English.
