Within CPP, the Manufacturing & Logistics organization uses standardized processes and systems to drive efficiency across departments and sites. The Operational Excellence team maintains and further develops these processes and systems to safeguard business continuity while enabling continuous improvement. What You’ll Do As a Global Business Process Expert, you are the specialist and change agent in the procurement domain. You will identify, improve and maintain processes and systems that guide and support the Global CPP Procurement departments. Business automation and continuous process improvement will be important focus areas in this role. You will actively identify opportunities to standardize, harmonize and automate procurement-related processes. Your Main Responsibilities Include Contribute to the business transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA by defining future processes in the Procurement domain with a focus on standardization and harmonization. Lead projects to establish new system-supported procurement processes and act as a change agent throughout the organization. Analyze procurement-related processes and systems and define improvement opportunities. Analyze procurement-related processes and systems and define opportunities for automation of business processes. Support the functional organization in resolving operational issues related to processes and systems, such as our ERP (SAP) system, PLM system and other procurement systems. Embed and ensure compliance in the procurement domain. Proactively manage global stakeholders, including functional department managers, Procurement key users and ICS developers. Act as a back-up for other Global Business Process Experts when needed. Who You’ll Work With You will be part of the Operational Excellence department, working in a team of 15 Global Business Process Experts and Program Managers. In your day-to-day work, you will collaborate with colleagues across departments and sites, including Procurement Managers, Procurement Account Managers, Supply Chain Engineers, SAP Key Users, ICS specialists, Legal and Controlling. What You Bring We are looking for an energetic professional with strong communication skills and a balanced focus on both tasks and people. You have a strong affinity with ERP and other IT systems, and continuous improvement of processes and systems gives you energy. At the same time, you are motivated to keep existing business processes running smoothly by providing expert support. Requirements You recognize improvement opportunities, translate these into business requirements, develop best-practice solutions and roll them out across different departments. To be successful in this role, you meet the following requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. Proven experience with procurement processes in an international environment. Knowledge of and proven experience with procurement processes in SAP S/4HANA. Experience in leading (project) teams and the ability to collaborate with, listen to and influence stakeholders across the organization. A result-driven change mindset, supported by proven experience in managing change within a complex international organization. Excellent command of spoken and written English; Dutch and German are considered a plus. Willingness and ability to travel occasionally. The Global Business Process Expert will identify, improve, and maintain procurement processes and systems to drive efficiency and standardization. They will lead projects to transition to SAP S/4HANA and act as a change agent to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and possess proven experience with procurement processes in an international environment. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and strong project management and stakeholder influence skills are essential for this role.
