Job Description

Role We are looking for a Senior OSS Architect with 15–20 years of experience in Telecom OSS, Network Management and OSS Transformation. The candidate will be responsible for defining E2E OSS architecture, solution design, integration strategy and transformation roadmap for large telecom environments. Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end OSS architecture covering Inventory, Assurance, Orchestration, Activation and Network Automation. Lead OSS transformation, modernization and cloud-native architecture initiatives. Define API, integration and event-driven architecture across OSS/NMS/EMS and network domains. Drive Network Automation / Autonomous Network Operations architecture. Lead architecture workshops, solutioning, technical governance and customer discussions. Support RFPs, proposals, solution estimation and technical presentations. Mentor technical teams and ensure architectural standards and best practices. Must Have 15–20 years of Telecom OSS / Network Management experience. Strong expertise in OSS architecture and transformation. Good understanding of Inventory, Assurance, Orchestration and Activation. Strong integration, API and cloud architecture knowledge. Experience working with telecom operators and large transformation programs. Good to Have – Nokia Experience Nokia UIV – Unified Inventory Nokia NAC – Network Automation Nokia NORC Nokia OSS / Network Management ecosystem. Additional Advantage: TM Forum APIs/ODA, Ciena Blue Planet, AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Kafka, AI/ML and Autonomous Networks.

Core Responsibilities

The candidate will define end-to-end OSS architecture, including inventory, assurance, and orchestration for large telecom environments. They will also lead transformation initiatives, drive network automation, and provide technical governance for customer solutions.
