Store Manager – Pirloni Location: Westfield Mall of the Netherlands, Leidschendam Employment: Full-time About Pirloni Pirloni is a modern menswear brand inspired by Mediterranean elegance and effortless style. We focus on creating refined, versatile pieces and delivering a personal shopping experience both online and in our boutique. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager to take ownership of our boutique at Westfield Mall of the Netherlands. The Role As Store Manager, you are responsible for the overall performance and daily operation of the Pirloni boutique. You lead by example on the sales floor, motivate the team and make sure every customer receives the level of service we want to be known for. This is a hands-on position. We are looking for someone who enjoys being present on the floor, understands sales and knows how to turn a group of individuals into a strong-performing team. Your Role & Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop the boutique team Drive sales and work towards store targets and KPIs Actively sell alongside the team and lead by example Ensure a high standard of personal customer service Coach the team on sales techniques, product knowledge and clienteling Create and manage staff schedules according to business needs Monitor individual and team performance Ensure smooth day-to-day boutique operations Maintain strong visual merchandising and presentation standards Manage stock, replenishment and inventory together with the wider team Ensure procedures regarding opening, closing, cash handling and store administration are followed correctly Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage returning clientele Identify opportunities to improve store performance and communicate these proactively with management Maintain clear communication between the boutique and the wider Pirloni team What You Bring You are confident taking responsibility for a store and its results. You combine strong people skills with a commercial mindset and are comfortable making decisions independently. Ideally, you have: Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or in another senior retail position A strong background in fashion, premium retail or a similar customer-focused environment Proven sales skills and a commercial mindset Experience leading, coaching and motivating a team Strong communication and organizational skills A proactive and solution-oriented attitude A professional and well-presented approach Flexibility to work weekends when required Fluency in Dutch and English Experience within menswear or premium/luxury fashion is considered a strong advantage. Core Responsibilities

Lead and develop the boutique team while driving sales, meeting store targets, and delivering high-quality customer service. Oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory, visual presentation, and store procedures, while identifying improvements and communicating with the wider team.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience in store management or another senior retail role, ideally in fashion or premium retail, with proven sales ability and experience leading and coaching a team. Strong communication and organizational skills, a proactive approach, professional presentation, weekend flexibility, and fluency in Dutch and English are required; menswear or luxury fashion experience is an advantage.
