Core Responsibilities

Welcome and advise customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable snowboarding, skiing, and streetwear products. Support the team with visual merchandising, stock management, and cashier operations while developing product and sales skills through training.

Requirements

Retail experience or an apprenticeship is a plus but not required; motivation and eagerness to learn are most important. Applicants should be interested in snowboarding or skiing, communicate well with customers, work respectfully as part of a team, and be interested in a long-term role.
