ARE YOU READY TO BE OUR NEXT TALENT? BenQ Europe is looking for a Service Administration Intern who will access the fantastic world of our Monitors, Projectors and Interactive Displays. As an intern, you will work closely with our Service team and other internal and external stakeholders. You will support daily service operations, keep systems and report up to date, coordinate logistics activities, and use data to identify trends, turnaround-time (TAT) issues, bottlenecks, and recurring delays. Service Administration & System Management Support daily administrative activities and ensure accurate management of service cases within internal systems and tools. Maintain, update, and validate service-related data, ensuring information is complete, accurate, and up to date. Monitor open cases, perform tasks under internal service accounts, and ensure proper documentation of service activities. Logistics & Coordination Coordinate logistics activities related to repairs, returns, shipments, and spare parts, ensuring timely execution and follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams, external service partners, warehouses, and logistics providers to support smooth service operations. Monitor delays, exceptions, and outstanding actions, helping to identify and implement appropriate next steps. Data Checking & Reporting Verify service and operational data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, maintaining reliable reports and performance dashboards. Analyse data to identify trends, recurring issues, bottlenecks, and potential risks affecting service performance. Monitor Turnaround Time (TAT) and provide actionable insights to support continuous operational improvement. Stock Management Support the administration and monitoring of service stock and spare parts, ensuring accurate inventory records. Identify stock discrepancies, shortages, and replenishment needs through regular data reviews. Analyse stock-related information to highlight recurring issues and opportunities for process improvement. Communication & Collaboration Act as a key point of coordination between Service, Logistics, Sales, Finance, Operations, and external partners. Ensure clear and timely communication of relevant information, actions, and updates among stakeholders. Support cross-functional projects and operational improvement initiatives that enhance service performance. What do we offer? If You Have… Enrolling in a bachelor’s degree, HBO level in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Operations, or a related field. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, a proactive attitude, and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams. Fluent in English (all comms are in English); additional languages are a plus. Experience with Excel or other reporting tools is an advantage. Availability to start ASAP or February. Requirements

Candidates must be enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Logistics. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and fluency in English are required.
