The job: Project Coordinator (NPI / New Product Introduction) Wefabricate accelerates and strengthens the development, industrialization and production of technical products. Every product you help get NPI-ready is one that reaches series production faster and more predictably. As Project Coordinator, you're the operational lead on every project you run, owning NPI end to end: from your input during the quotation phase, through kickoff, to the moment the product is released and ready for series production. You're based on-site in Duizel or Best. This is a role for someone early in their career: we look for a technical (HBO) background and a hands-on, pragmatic mindset, and we train you into the role ourselves. Our culture is hands-on and ambitious: real ownership, short lines and a sharp focus on getting things done. What you'll do NPI is where a product moves from design and quotation to something the factory can actually build reliably, and every part of that phase runs through you. You: own execution of the NPI phase from start to finish: planning, quality and progress, from kickoff to product release, without needing sign-off to keep things moving become the customer's primary point of contact during NPI, taking over from the Business Developer after kickoff keep Commercial and Operations aligned throughout NPI by talking directly to whoever needs to hear it, not through layers make sure the Account Coordinator is introduced to the customer in time for a smooth handover to series production (LCM) once NPI wraps up give DFM (Design for Manufacturing) feedback during the quotation phase, before NPI officially starts, non-binding but backed by real manufacturing insight once a project moves into NPI, help make the product ready for manufacturing and determine which manufacturing process fits it best When a project lands well, we celebrate it here. Core Responsibilities

Lead NPI projects from quotation input and kickoff through planning, quality and progress management, and product release for series production. Serve as the primary customer contact, coordinate Commercial and Operations, provide manufacturing feedback, and support the handover to lifecycle management.

Requirements

The role is intended for someone early in their career with a technical higher professional education (HBO) background and a hands-on, pragmatic approach. Candidates should have an affinity for manufacturing processes or be eager to learn them, an interest in product design, and strong, reliable communication skills with customers and colleagues.
