As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful delivery of complex projects and strategic initiatives. You oversee scope, planning, financial performance, governance, risks, quality, and stakeholder management, and ensure successful outcomes and measurable business value for our customers. You act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding executive stakeholders through complex business and digital transformation initiatives. Working closely with customers, consultants, architects, and leadership teams, you help shape roadmaps, drive delivery excellence, and ensure long-term customer success. Scope of Work Lead large-scale transformation and software implementation projects Take ownership of scope, planning, governance, financial performance, resource management, quality, and risks Drive project delivery excellence and ensure successful outcomes against agreed objectives and milestones Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customers and executive stakeholders Facilitate project kick-offs, steering committees, executive reviews, and status reporting Manage project governance and ensure alignment across multiple workstreams and stakeholders Support cross-functional delivery teams and ensure quality, consistency, and collaboration across engagements Provide strategic advisory input on transformation roadmaps, operating models, and business improvements Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships focused on value realization Identify opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell activities in collaboration with Sales and Pre-Sales teams Support proposal development, project scoping, estimations, and solution shaping activities Stay up to date with industry trends, ServiceNow developments, and consulting best practices Coach colleagues and contribute to the growth of the Project & Program Management practice Must-Haves Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Management, or a related field Fluent in Dutch and English (Dutch is required for this role) Authorized to work in the Netherlands 7+ years of experience in project management, project portfolio management, or large-scale project delivery Experience managing complex, multi-stream transformation or software implementation projects PRINCE2, PMP, PMI, ITIL, Agile, Scrum Master, or similar certifications Strong consulting, advisory, or professional services background Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including director and executive-level audiences Strong financial, governance, risk, and resource management experience Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have ServiceNow experience Experience working as an Engagement Manager Experience with enterprise digital transformation initiatives Experience leading international or multi-country projects Technical or architecture background What's in it for you? Core Responsibilities

Lead complex transformation and software implementation projects, managing scope, schedules, budgets, governance, resources, risks, quality, and delivery outcomes. Advise clients and executive stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams and workstreams, build lasting customer relationships, and support business development and the growth of the project management practice.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, fluency in Dutch and English, authorization to work in the Netherlands, and at least seven years of project management or large-scale delivery experience. Candidates should have complex transformation or implementation experience, a relevant project or agile certification, strong consulting and senior stakeholder skills, and expertise in financial, governance, risk, and resource management.
