Introduction of the job As our IT Strategy Lead, you will shape the enterprise-wide strategy function across DTS, integrating business strategy, technology strategy, portfolio management, finance, and transformation disciplines by translating business ambition into clear priorities, roadmaps, and initiatives. Besides, you will act as the central integrator between strategy, execution, and value delivery. You will report directly to the Head of Office of the CIO. Responsibilities In this role, you are accountable for the strategic direction and value realization of a multi-domain IT portfolio supporting critical business processes across the enterprise. Your responsibilities include: Governing and orchestrating strategy execution across DTS domains and portfolios, monitoring progress and ensuring value realization from transformation programs Defining, developing and continuously refining the IT strategy aligned with company and sector goals; providing enterprise-level strategic insight, scenario analysis, and decision support to executive leadership, translating complex dynamics into actionable strategic choices Driving alignment and prioritization with DTS leadership and domain heads, building strong relationships with business and enterprise strategy stakeholders, and aligning with architecture, data, and delivery teams to ensure realization at scale Identifying, evaluating, and resolving complex strategic risks, interdependencies, and trade-offs across the enterprise, often in situations with limited precedent and competing priorities Leading and developing a high-performing strategy team and continuously improving strategy processes, governance, and execution capabilities. Education, experience and role-relevant background Business, Information Technology or equivalent Experience in strategy development and orchestration of a strategy setting process 10+ years' experience in strategy, management consultancy or corporate strategy function (or similar) 5+ years people management experience Experience orchestrating innovation processes in large corporate organizations. Minimum requirements Senior Strategy Experience: 10+ years of experience in a strategy or management consultancy role, or a corporate strategy function People Management Experience: 5+ years of direct people management experience Enterprise-Scale Integration: Experience integrating business strategy, technology, and finance in enterprise environments. Core Responsibilities

Lead the enterprise IT strategy function, aligning business and technology strategy, portfolio management, finance, and transformation priorities. Orchestrate strategy execution and value realization across domains, advise executive leaders, manage strategic risks and trade-offs, and develop the strategy team and its processes.

Requirements

Requires a degree or equivalent background in business, information technology, or a related field, at least 10 years of strategy experience, and at least 5 years of direct people management experience. Candidates should have experience integrating business strategy, technology, and finance at enterprise scale and orchestrating innovation in large organizations.
