Main Role & Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly, share beverage expertise, and provide personalized, attentive service tailored to their preferences. Craft and serve personalized, high-quality beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and adherence to resort standards. Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked, monitor inventory, and ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment in compliance with health and safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and assist in training new staff on bar protocols and resort standards. Assist in private events and celebrations by creating custom drinks and cocktails, and help with the setup and breakdown of bar areas. Essential Skills & Requirements Previous bartending experience Strong knowledge of mixology, including classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits. Fluent in English and Dutch, additional languages is a plus. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience and strong knowledge of mixology, including classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, are required. Candidates must be fluent in English and Dutch and able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
