Product Owner / Team Lead (Mobile Access) Groenlo, Netherlands 32 - 38 hrs € 4.500 - € 6.500 Hybrid What are you going to do? Mobile access is changing how organizations manage access: making it easier for users without compromising security, reliability, or manageability. As Product Owner / Team Lead (Mobile Access), you will guide the team that develops and continuously improves this experience within Nedap in security. You combine product leadership with team leadership. You make sure the team understands the problem we are solving, who we are solving it for, and why it matters now. At the same time, you create the conditions for a team that can deliver with focus, ownership, and craftsmanship. You do not need to determine how a solution is built from a technical perspective. That is where the engineers and architects in the team bring their expertise. You bring the customer, market, and business context, make clear choices about what is needed and when, and work with the team to ensure the intended outcome is achieved. Start your application Your responsibilities You translate the Security strategy, customer needs, and market developments into a clear product vision and roadmap for Mobile Access. You make it clear where we are heading and which choices are needed to get there. You balance customer value, commercial opportunities, product health, security, and deliverability. You are comfortable saying no or adjusting expectations when needed. You ensure the team focuses on meaningful outcomes rather than work without a clear purpose. You ensure Mobile Access remains reliable, secure, maintainable, and easy to support. You strike a healthy balance between new capabilities, technical quality, continuity, and improvements for existing users. You provide direction, create focus, and make expectations explicit. You help the team perform better as a whole, strengthening collaboration, ownership, predictability, and value creation. You create a safe environment where people hold each other accountable, give feedback, and openly discuss differences of opinion. You maintain close contact with customers, partners, Sales, Support, Operations, and colleagues across security. You actively gather input, bring different interests to the table, and translate insights into clear product choices. You communicate direction, decisions, and changes to the team and stakeholders in a clear and timely way. You are visible, communicate openly about what has been decided and what is still being explored, and make sure important changes are not shaped by rumors or assumptions. Your team You will work with a multidisciplinary Mobile Access team of experienced professionals. Together, you will build a product that is part of a broader Security ecosystem and helps users around the world manage access securely and easily. You will work closely with other Product Owners, architects, commercial colleagues, Support, and Operations. In this role, you will be the recognizable point of contact for both the product direction and the development of the team as a strong, autonomous unit. Our offer What's in it for you? The salary range for this role is between € 4.500 and € 6.500 gross per month based on full-time employment (38 hours) and depends on relevant knowledge and experience. You bring the communication and interpersonal skills needed to bring people along, while also challenging them when needed. You recognize yourself in the following: Product Owner / Project Lead experience: You have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner / Project Lead in a similar environment. Leadership experience: You have experience leading or providing functional leadership to a multidisciplinary team. You know how to provide direction without taking ownership away from experienced professionals. Language skills: You have a strong command of English. Dutch is a plus. Nice to have: Knowledge of Jira and PSPO certification(s) are a plus. Good to know: You are available to work 32–38 hours per week. Hybrid working is common at Nedap, and you and your team decide together on your working hours to support a healthy work-life balance. Core Responsibilities

Set the Mobile Access product vision and roadmap by translating security strategy, customer needs, and market developments into clear priorities and product decisions. Lead the multidisciplinary team’s development and performance, while coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, maintainable products.

Requirements

Candidates need at least three years of Product Owner or Project Lead experience in a similar environment and experience leading or functionally guiding a multidisciplinary team. Strong English, clear decision-making, ownership, and communication skills are required; Dutch, Jira knowledge, and PSPO certification are advantages.
