About ABB Advanced Berry Breeding is an international berry breeding company which belongs to Planasa. It is focused on developing innovative raspberry genetics that help growers improve productivity, fruit quality and profitability. Position Summary Support the Regional Manager in technical and commercial operations across the UK, Poland, Benelux, France and Switzerland (and other European countries) while acting as a trusted advisor to growers and customers. Key Responsibilities · Build and maintain strong relationships with growers and commercial partners. · Match the sales targeted volumes · Provide technical guidance on berry varieties, plant physiology and regional production practices. · Monitor crops, identify challenges and recommend practical technical-commercial solutions. · Manage claims, contracts and seasonal customer follow-up. · Track berry programmes and maintain accurate performance data and reports. · Identify business development opportunities and support sales growth. · Coordinate communication between growers, ABB offices and R&D teams. Required Experience Minimum 3 years in technical-commercial vegetal (berries, fruits, vegetables) production roles. Technical Expertise Strong knowledge of agronomy, plant physiology, production cycles, microclimates and berry crop management. Commercial Competencies Account management, sales development, customer service, claims management, negotiations and prospecting. Languages English required. Dutch, German and/or Polish are highly desirable. Travel Extensive travel throughout Europe. Key Success Factors Autonomy, proactivity, technical expertise, commercial acumen, sense of service, communication skills, adaptability and learning agility.

Core Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with growers and commercial partners, provide technical guidance, monitor crops, and recommend practical technical-commercial solutions. Support sales growth by managing customer accounts, claims, contracts, and seasonal follow-up, while tracking berry programmes and coordinating communication with offices and R&D teams.

Requirements

At least three years of experience in technical-commercial plant production roles, such as berries, fruit, or vegetables, is required, along with strong knowledge of agronomy, plant physiology, production cycles, microclimates, and berry crop management. English is required; Dutch, German, and/or Polish are highly desirable, and the role requires extensive travel throughout Europe.
