Job Title：Network Development & Construction Specialist Core Responsibilities Network Development Support: Assist country teams throughout the full process from partner evaluation, business negotiation support, contract signing, to store submission and approval. Learn and understand XPENG's partnership policies, standards, and vision; assist in communicating brand value and participate in screening and evaluating high-quality partners. Construction & Delivery Assistance: Collaborate with design, procurement, suppliers and operations teams to follow new locations through the entire process from design, construction, and acceptance to opening preparation. Assist in managing project timelines, tracking key milestones, participating in resolving basic issues during construction, and ensuring delivery quality meets XPENG SI standards, budget, and schedule requirements. Existing Store Optimization Support: Participate in periodic assessments of the health and performance of the existing channel network; assist in proposing network optimization, relocation, or upgrade plans. Assist in maintaining relationships with existing partners and support stable network operations. Cross-functional Collaboration & Learning: Serve as one of the interfaces with Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, and User Operations teams to help new locations integrate smoothly into the company's operating system. Participate in pre-opening enablement for new stores; learn and communicate XPENG's brand philosophy, product knowledge, and service processes. Requirements Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Automotive, Engineering, Business, or related fields preferred. Graduating in 2022 or later – open to recent graduates and early-career talents. Strong interest in the NEV industry and willingness to develop long-term in the European region. Non-EU students must graduate from a university ranked in the QS World University Rankings Top 200. Core Competencies: Communication & Negotiation Potential: Good communication and presentation skills; willing to learn and participate in business negotiations with partners, investors, and government institutions. Project Management & Execution: Able to track multiple project tasks simultaneously, detail-oriented, and ensure key milestones are met. Data Analysis & Problem-Solving: Proficient in using data tools for market analysis and network diagnosis; able to propose effective recommendations. Stress Resilience & Adaptability: Able to thrive in a high-intensity, fast-paced work environment and adapt to frequent travel across the European region. Nice-to-Have: Internship or project experience in the automotive industry, especially in channel development or retail expansion. Basic understanding of and interest in new retail models such as direct sales and agency models. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English. EU driving license or willingness to develop long-term in Europe is a plus. Core Responsibilities

Support European network development by evaluating partners, assisting with negotiations and contracts, and coordinating new store submissions and approvals. Track store construction and delivery, contribute to existing network optimization, and collaborate across teams to prepare new locations for opening.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree or higher is required, with automotive, engineering, business, or related fields preferred; the role is open to recent graduates and early-career candidates graduating in 2022 or later. Candidates should be interested in the NEV industry, demonstrate communication, project execution, data analysis, and adaptability, and be willing to travel frequently across Europe; non-EU students must have graduated from a QS Top 200 university.
