Your Role as a Machine Operator As a Machine Operator, you ensure a smooth production process. You work with various machines such as sorting machines, packaging lines, weighing systems, and netting machines. You are responsible for correct machine settings, checking labels and weights, and guiding your team to achieve optimal output. Core Responsibilities

Operate and set up sorting, packaging, weighing, and netting machines to maintain a smooth production process. Prepare workstations, guide production-line employees, monitor output, troubleshoot issues, perform quality checks and minor maintenance, clean equipment, and record production data.

Requirements

Relevant machine-operator experience, accuracy, stress resistance, and technical aptitude are required, along with a good command of Dutch and/or English. Applicants must have a driving license and be flexible about Saturday work; fresh-produce experience is a plus, and training on the company's machines is available.
