Job requirements To Be Successful In This Role, You Have A university education (end of bachelor's or master's program) with a numerical focus (preferably economics, econometrics, finance or business administration). Above-average study results achieved during your studies. And have also developed through one or more extracurricular activities. Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing. An energetic, proactive and very goal-oriented attitude. Analytical skills, have ambitious qualities and are entrepreneurial, and you don't have a 9-to-5 mentality. Experience through previous internships in private equity, M&A, corporate finance or strategy consulting is an advantage. Job responsibilities Your Internship Activities Will Include Actively participating in our team and supporting in the various facets of the investment process. Conducting market and business research in the context of potential investments. Supporting the management and analysis of portfolio companies. Processing information obtained from meetings and making overviews and schedules. Pindustry is an independent investment company that invests in companies in the Benelux, the United Kingdom and Germany, which develop innovative industrial products with a turnover of up to EUR 50 million. Core Responsibilities

Support the investment team across the investment process, including researching markets and businesses for potential investments. Assist with the management and analysis of portfolio companies, and organize information from meetings into overviews and schedules.

Requirements

Applicants should be nearing completion of a bachelor's or master's program with a numerical focus, have above-average academic results, and demonstrate extracurricular development. They should have excellent written and spoken English, an energetic and proactive attitude, strong analytical and entrepreneurial qualities, and a goal-oriented approach; relevant prior internships are an advantage.
