You set a high bar for quality, communicate clearly, and know how to get different teams moving toward the same deadline. Most importantly, you are ready to build, improve, and scale rather than simply maintain an existing process.

Core Responsibilities

Lead and continuously improve the end-to-end bid function, including opportunity qualification, bid strategy, proposal development, submission, negotiation support, and post-bid reviews. Build and manage the Bid Management team, coordinate cross-functional contributors, and use performance data and lessons learned to improve competitiveness and scale bid operations.
