🚀 We’re looking for a Technical Design & BIM Specialist! Are you a Surveyor, Civil Engineer, CAD Specialist, BIM Engineer or Technical Draftsman with a strong eye for detail and an interest in digital engineering? We are looking for an experienced technical professional to join a multidisciplinary environment where engineering, surveying, CAD, BIM and 3D technologies come together. 🔧 What will you work with? Depending on your background, your work may involve: • CAD drafting & technical drawing • BIM modelling and coordination • 2D & 3D model development • Land/site surveying and as-built documentation • Laser scanning & point-cloud processing • Photogrammetry and drone-based data • 3D reconstruction & visualisation • Architectural, structural, mechanical and electrotechnical drawings • Model verification, clash detection & data coordination • Digital documentation and Digital Twin / lifecycle solutions 👷 Who are we looking for? You could be a great fit if you have: ✅ 6+ years of relevant CAD / technical design experience ✅ 2+ years of BIM experience ✅ Experience with AutoCAD and/or other CAD/BIM platforms ✅ A background in civil engineering, surveying, construction, architecture, mechanical/electrical engineering or technical drafting ✅ Understanding of drawings, models, surveys and as-built information ✅ Interest or experience in 3D scanning, point clouds, photogrammetry or digital modelling ✅ Strong attention to detail and technical problem-solving skills ✅ Professional proficiency in English and min B2-level Dutch 🎯 Your technical background matters more than your job title. Core Responsibilities

Develop CAD drawings and BIM models, coordinate and verify models, and support surveying, as-built documentation, and 2D/3D design work. Depending on the candidate’s background, work may also include processing laser scans and point clouds, photogrammetry, 3D reconstruction, and digital lifecycle solutions.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least six years of relevant CAD or technical design experience and at least two years of BIM experience, with experience using AutoCAD or other CAD/BIM platforms. A related technical background, understanding of drawings, models, surveys, and as-built information, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, professional English, and at least B2-level Dutch are sought.
