Job Description
We’re looking for a Lifecycle & Retention Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the customer journey after acquisition. You will own Manvoure’s email and SMS ecosystem, but the role goes beyond simply sending campaigns. The objective is to build a world-class lifecycle experience that increases repeat purchases, customer lifetime value and long-term brand loyalty, while maintaining Manvoure’s premium positioning. You should think about the complete customer lifecycle: from someone joining our list for the first time to becoming one of our highest-value repeat customers. Responsibilities: Own Manvoure’s complete email and SMS ecosystem Own and continuously improve Klaviyo Build and optimize all automated flows Manage pre-purchase, abandoned cart, post-purchase, cross-sell, winback and reactivation journeys Plan and execute the email/SMS campaign calendar Support product launches, promotions and key commercial moments Develop customer segmentation and personalization Build lifecycle journeys based on customer behavior and purchase history Write copy or create clear briefs for copy/design Work closely with Manvoure’s graphic designers to maintain consistent branding Systematically A/B test messaging, offers, creative and flows Monitor deliverability and list health Analyze revenue per recipient, repeat purchase rate, LTV and retention Identify opportunities to increase second and third purchases Improve the overall post-purchase customer experience Develop retention offers without unnecessarily discounting the brand Build strategies around VIP customers, loyalty and customer reactivation Collect and translate customer insights into actionable feedback for product, creative and growth Continuously identify new opportunities to increase customer value What we're looking for: Strong experience with Klaviyo and DTC/e-commerce retention Proven track record improving email/SMS revenue and customer retention Excellent understanding of customer segmentation Strong copy and commercial instincts Understands brand and doesn’t rely on constant discounting Comfortable working with designers and directing creative Strong analytical skills Understands LTV, repeat purchase behavior and customer economics Proactive and constantly looking for opportunities Takes complete ownership of the lifecycle instead of waiting for campaigns to be assigned You don’t just increase the percentage of revenue attributed to email. You make every customer Manvoure acquires more valuable over time. Customers buy again more often, lifecycle communication becomes more relevant, the post-purchase experience improves, and Manvoure develops a stronger relationship with its customer base.

Own and optimize Manvoure’s email and SMS ecosystem, including automated lifecycle flows, campaigns, segmentation, personalization, and customer reactivation. Analyze performance and customer insights to improve repeat purchases, retention, customer lifetime value, and the post-purchase experience while protecting the brand’s premium positioning.
Requirements
The role requires strong experience with Klaviyo and direct-to-consumer or e-commerce retention, with a proven record of improving email and SMS revenue and customer retention. Candidates should bring strong analytical, copywriting, commercial, segmentation, and creative collaboration skills, and understand customer lifetime value and repeat-purchase economics.
